Wearing false lashes is the best way to instantly open up your eyes and give it a more glamour appearance to the eye make-up look! It’s especially great if you are getting your makeup done for parties, glamour shots, grad photos, wedding/bridal, and any type of photoshoots/events.

False lashes come in different types: single lash, corner strip, full strip, top or bottom lashes. They also come in variety of styles: natural, glamour, fashion, Halloween, decorative, fantasy, paper art, feathers, and all sorts of colours as well.

For some people, they like to wear false lashes on a daily basis. In some culture, especially in Asian countries such as Japan or Taiwan, a lot of fashion-y big city girls like to wear double lashes (stacked together) or even more!

The first video tutorial hows on how to apply false lashes in two different ways by YouTube girl misschaigyaru. I like how she lines the eyes first (in both waterline and the lash line) and then apply the false lashes. It really makes the lashes appear more natural as there is no gap (clear space) in between the false lashes and your natural lashes. But to line in the upper waterline for a lot of people could be a bit challenging though, as our eyes tend to be more sensitive and it blinks a lot when something gets near the eyes.

The second YouTube tutorial video is by PBunnieP. She will demonstrate on how to apply false lashes on her eyes, and they both are two different type of Asian eye lids (including one is a mono eyelid). Please watch and enjoy!

How to apply false eyelashes in 2 different ways

·

Tip 1: If you have those clear band false lashes, it is nice to use your eye liner (usually black) to paint the clear band so it appears more natural after the application.

·

Tip 2: After you apply the false lashes, always curl them (your natural lashes & the false lashes) together, so there is no gap between those two layers, and it makes your eyes even bigger too! A good eye lash curler that I recommend is from M·A·C or Shu Uemura.

Tip 3: A good way to keep your stubborn lashes stay curled longer, you can use the blow dryer to heat up the lash curler for a bit (don’t over heat it!) before actually curling them. This way, the heat of the curler will help the lashes to stay longer and better!

·

Tip 4: If you like to have a stronger effect, you can still wear mascara together with the false lashes. I normally recommend to brush on the mascara first, and then apply the flash lashes. You can use your false lashes multiple times if you keep them clean.

Hello,I’m Tracy.Recently,I’ve been applying for beauty courses all around my state.I’ve tried applying fake lashes on my monolid eyes but my eyes have a tiny crease near the lash line.It is okay to put on fake lashes with a backbone? Also when I look upwards,a little bit of the inner eye can be seen.Is that alright ?
